We do not recommend using TD Auto finance - find another option - customer service is horrible. We have payments set up to have checks sent out by our bank the first of every month. They now say we did not make a payment - even though we have a copy of the check which has been endorsed by TD Auto finance. They now want a copy of our bank statement - I think not!! We paid it - they made the error - FIX IT! If I could give less than one star I would - no star...none
I would not recommend TD Auto. people told they always have payment issues, i didn't think it was that, but they are horrible. they have very friendly customer service, but thats about it. always a payment issue, after the fact that the email you that payment has been successful then the next month there is late charges and report to your credit.
