If i could give zero stars, i would. Save yourselves the headache and rent with Rent A Center! WORST customer service i have ever received- employees will lie to get you to make/keep a contract- and the merchandise is terribly made! Began the relationship by telling me i could pay every other friday, then suddenly decided it had to be the 1st and the 15th after roping me into a contract- on top of it i was told had to make TWO payments (so i could be ahead by two weeks) if i wanted to simply pay biweekly. Okay, pretty shady but I went along with it. Only a month or so into the contract, my beds frame COMPLETELY COLLAPSES AT 3AM. Two 150 pound people sleeping in the middle of the night crash to the floor. They send someone to "fix" it, but tell me it's only temporary and they will reinforce it. TWO WEEKS GO BY, i call and they "forgot." Awesome. So I'm PROMISED METAL to reinforce my bed, but when the builders arrive the manager tells me it's NINETY DOLLARS EXTRA and to just deal with it. I never plan on having another lease with this AWFUL company.
