Needed some cheese at the deli. I got there about 25 min after deli closed. There was a lady still behind the counter cleaning. She asked me if I was all set. I told her I need cheese. She went to the back room to get all the pieces to the slicing machine and started to put it back together. She must have just cleaned it. I told her not to worry about it I will come back tomorrow. Just the fact that she was going to slice some cheese up for me after they were closed at the deli and she was smiling the whole time. This was great customer service and made my night.
Everytime I go in here, it seems that whoever is working the deli is beyond slow, and they don't even acknowledge that you're there. The last time I went in, there were 2 people behind the counter, one was wrapping up food for the night, and the other was very very slowly cutting cheese. I stood there for close to 20 mins and neither one even made eye contact with me, so I left. Otherwise, the store is always clean and has a very great selection.
It's a supermarket... The things that set it apart from other local chains, they have Pineland farms cheddar, which in terms of sandwich cheese is probably my number one.
