She was very professional, knowledgeable, prepared/advised me on what the next steps would be, answered ALL of my questions in a timely manner. She was also very caring of what I wanted and listened to all my concerns. I was clueless about this whole process and extremely stressed out, and she patiently took the time to explain and made me feel at ease which took a huge weight off my shoulders! Also every time I went into the office the office staff greeted me with a smile! Everyone was super friendly!

My experience with working with Andrucki and King has been a positive experience given the circumstances. I have now used Judy Andrucki in two matters; both a divorce as well as a modification of a contact order. Judy's knowledge of family law is unmatched. She maintains professionalism in all matters. It is evident that Judy not only cares about her client's case but also cares about her client's overall well being. Her numerous years of experience provides perspective in an emotionally challenging time and she was capable of assuring me as her client that these delicate matters would be ok. I also had some interactions with Elise and was very satisfied with her work with me.
I had a very poor experience with this firm and strongly encourage others to seek out other firms. I felt that there was a strong bias against men and men's rights in family matters. This seemed to be a culture engrained in the attorneys and staff at the firm. It felt to me like we were immersed in the 1980's in terms of their views on divorce, custody, and parental rights. Legal matters are stressful and difficult enough to deal with. You shouldn't have to feel like you are enduring additional persecution and biases from your own representation. The other major issue I had with the firm was their billing. It really felt as though they had no interest in solving my case quickly and sought to draw things out as much as possible. In fact, the judge in my case cited in his ruling that the attorney's fees for the other side were excessive (my fees from Andrucki and King were even more than hers but my fees weren't put in front of the judge for his comment- so, draw your own conclusions). The discovery process was a disaster with having to provide the same documents repeatedly and be billed for their review. I was actually called by Ms. Andrucki and asked to email a document that I had already provided and was in my file. When questioned about this and her billing me to call to request this, she told me it "was actually cheaper for me to have her call me and ask me to resend it then to pay her for her time to search through my file to find it." Again, I would seek representation elsewhere.
Judy was an advocate for me. She spoke up, always professionally and tactfully, as needed. She was passionate about helping to create the best possible outcome for me and the children involved. She identified and addressed concerns quickly and worked hard to ensure all aspects were considered. When it came to creating a contact schedule with very difficult components, she was capable of thinking outside the box to come up with a great solution.
My fiancé and I had a great experience working with Mara King in a parental rights and responsibilities case. She was amazing, answered all of our questions, fought for the things we wanted to accomplish, and didn't back down. She made this process very smooth and always lead us in the right direction. When she was out of the office she would always let us know who to contact if we needed assistance. I would highly recommend Mara or any of the attorneys at Andrucki and King.
This firm is amazing! Mara took over my case after 2 other local attorneys had it. She was able to accomplish what those other attorneys could not. My case was in the Court system for over 3 years. Mara took over the case in September and in January, my case was finally over and brought to a satisfactory conclusion for all involved. She was very professional and compassionate to my situation and that of my minor daughter. Her staff is wonderful and on top of things. I would highly recommend Mara and her firm to anyone in need of legal assistance.
