I had a good experience. The staff is friendly, courteous and kind. The wait was a little long but this happens when you don’t have a appointment and just walk in.
As she was examining my eye she repeated herself about me not going to an eye doctor.
I arrived around 4:25 and was told by both my doc and their own staff that take people up until five. I apologized anyway but told her my understanding of the policy to receive patients.
I asked her if she wanted me to leave and she spent the rest of my visit trying to be overly nice.
My visit went well but the online application for a DOT physical needs to be greatly improved. The iPad was very slow and extremely small lettering & font.
I had a horrible experience there, and through no fault of the front desk or nurse. The doctor literally chastised me for not going to my eye doctor( I had an appointment the following day but pain and blurred vision caused me to go to Urgent Care at the recommendation from my regular doc).
She said, "Oh we don't turn anyone away but we get cranky".
I will most definitely not be going back there. Rude and unprofessional service from the doctor.
She couldn't get a piece of equipment to work and as she was fidgeting with it, she said,"It's just REALLY frustrating when you come in right before we close".
Always kind, considerate, and accommodating. A wonderful staff that is on point, and always proffesional.
Warning - Unless you have ALOT of time, do NOT go here for Urgent Care. Though it appears that is what they are supposed to do, their primary concern are Pre-employment drug checks, BP checks, Rechecks,etc. I've been here twice now and both times have waited until they've seen everyone else in the waiting room (over 40 minutes before I left) and even then, they took patients who arrived after me - stating they were there for other things. When I asked, they told me that I was their ONLY Urgent care patient (which is why I believe that all other types of patients take precedence). Urgent care is just NOT their priority so unless you don't have ANY other options (like Teladoc, the ER, etc) - just AVOID this place at all costs!
