12/19/15 So frustrating when people assume you don't speak or understand English, I may look "ethnic" or "exotic", but I am American, was born in America. I simply misunderstood what the cashier said, I have a lot on my mind & a little spacey today & she repeated what she said to me slowly & in a condescending tone. It's the holidays, no need for that, if someone misunderstood you, just smile & repeat it in a friendly, patient tone & wish the customer Merry Christmas, that is good customer service. Speaking to someone in an arrongant, belittling tone will result in a bad experience for the customer which is bad for business. I will not go to that post office again, but in the spirit of Christmas, I hope they have a happy holiday anyway.

Very convenient
Worst customer service. I used the express mail service still my mail did not reach the destination. I know it is cheaper than FEDEX and UPS but there mail reaches on time and at destination.
